Construction Waste
Construction Waste (or construction & demolition waste) is a combination of construction, demolition and industrial waste streams.
There are various materials sitting within the C-Mix waste stream including:
- Asphalt
- Bricks
- Concrete
- Drywall
- Glass
- Metal
- Masonary
- Plaster
- Pipes
- Rubber
- Tiles
- Wood
With a number of these materials, comes the opportunity to recycle, reuse them and ultimately saving them from being to landfill. Considering the millions of tons of construction and demolition waste that is generated year on year, there is great potential for reclaiming these materials to be put to better use.
Ecohog has a number of products that can separate construction and demolition waste including our Eddy Current Separators (both tracked and modular) which come in 1500mm and 2000mm
The Ecohog Windshifter are usually used along with different types of screens to separate different fraction sizes.
