Great example of C&D waste process with Ecohog Tracked Windshifter (EH1500-TWS) and first generation mobile HogMag Eddy Current Separator (HM ECS-1500).
C&D waste process is first screened with a Trommel to remove the 0-20mm Fines fraction. The C&D is then fed into the Ecohog Tracked Windshifter (EH1500-TWS) to remove the Light trash fraction including; paper, plastic, foil, fluff etc. The remaining Heavy fraction; Brick, Stone, Metals, Glass and Ceramics is processed with the HogMag HM ECS-1500 to recover Non Ferrous and Ferrous metals. The residual fraction from the Eddy Current Separator is clean recycled hardcore that can be used as an aggregate or a mixing agent.
Overall – Input = C&D Waste Output = 0-20mm Fines, Lights for SRF, Ferrous, Non-Ferrous and recycled hardcore.
