Scrap Cleaning Line (SCL)
Available in a range of modular configurations, the BigBoy-T allows customers to tailor the system to their operational needs. As a result, it supports optimal performance and cleaner material output for diverse scrap metal recycling applications.
This Scrap Cleaning Line (SCL) incorporates the BigBoy-T with the Ecohog EST-8220S Trommel to further separate the less bulky midsize scrap fraction fines, producing 3 clean products.
The BigBoy-T will enhance many configurations for even cleaner results and can improve steel quality output by adding key magnetic machines to the process, such as the THM ECS-2000 Eddy current separator for further separation of ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
With integrated magnetic separation modules, the BigBoy-T supports steel purity by recovering non-ferrous materials, helping deliver cleaner scrap and maximise value for scrap yards and metal recyclers.

The BigBoy-T TJ-01 is thoughtfully named after Turlough, aka ‘TJ’, the Ecohog founders’ son and a dedicated member of the Ecohog team who sadly passed away earlier this year.
TJ was an integral part of developing The BigBoy-T, and his presence and legacy live on at Ecohog.
